Registrations fees include: VAT; access to all scientific sessions and trade exhibition; coffee breaks and lunches; congress documentation and certificate of attendance.
- Please note your registration will NOT be confirmed until full payment is received. Please send us copy of the bank transfer to: [email protected]
- Kindly report on the bank transfer the Name/Surname of the participant;
- Bank expenses MUST be supported by the participant;
- Carefully enter your billing information. This information cannot be changed afterwards!
Cancellations
- Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to [email protected]
- Cancellations received up to March 24th and including will entitle the participant to 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge;
- Cancellations received after March 25th– No refund.
Certificates
- Certificates of participation are sent by email to all participants within 15 days following the date of the event;
- The Secretariat guarantees the reissuance of certificates only within 90 days after the event;
- After this period, no certificates will be issued.
